Toy Catalogue Contest Form

^____^ Oi oi. There is a Pretty Guardian toy contest in Japan right now. It began on February 15th, 2004 and will end on May 14th, 2004. This contest was launched through one of PGSM's Official Website. It basically saids that products of PGSM like toys, books, clothing, school supplies, each have an official proof of purchase. What you do, is take the proof of purchase, stick it on the contest form, and mail it in. There will be a drawing to pull out winners. I wish I was in Japan now. ;-; They're giving out some great prizes. Example: 10 people will be winning the new Talking Luna Plushie. Each of those are like $63 in value! 1000 people win that pretty ring too. x.x Makes me so envious. But yea. Below is one of the contest forms. It comes in a toy catalogue type format.
